HikmahOS
Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 August 2026
HikmahOS is a private, invitation-only intelligence platform. This page describes what information the platform holds and how it is used.
Signing in
Access requires signing in with Google. From Google we receive your name and email address, used solely to verify membership and operate your session. We request no other Google account data and never post or act on your behalf.
What we store
The platform keeps: the email addresses and join dates of members; access requests submitted from the sign-in page (the email you provide and any note); and answers you explicitly save, which are encrypted at rest and visible only to the account that saved them. Reading preferences such as likes, saved dispatches, and theme are stored locally in your own browser and never leave your device.
AI features
Questions submitted to the platform’s analysis tools are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API to generate responses. Queries are not used to build advertising or user profiles.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and, when you open an invitation link, a short-lived cookie that carries the invitation until sign-in completes. There are no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
Sharing
Information is never sold and never shared with third parties, except the service providers that host and power the platform (hosting, source control, and the AI provider named above), each receiving only what is necessary to operate it.
Removal and contact
To have your membership, saved content, or access request removed — or for any question about this policy — contact the administrator through the access-request form on the sign-in page, and your request will be actioned.
